Depoe Bay Oregon is the worlds smallest working harbor, We have visited there many times as my father in law lived there for 5 years. The weather reminded me of San Francisco, cold most of the time. If you are driving up the pacific coast you will drive right through Depoe Bay. Dont blink or you could miss the whole city. The harbor is cute and the wale watching is very good. The shops are typical of the tourist shops you will see all up the coast. The beach near downtown is a good place to get your feet wet. Home For Life Animal Sanctuary is a good organization.
